The name of this Spaghetti Western itself suggests that it has something to do with gambling. But more than that, this is a revenge story with lots of chasing around.
Ace High picks up where Colizzi's God Forgives..But I Don't (1967) wrapped up with the explosive death of bandit Bill San Antonio.

The story revolves around five characters mainly. Cacopoulos (Eli Wallach), Cat (Terence Hill) , Hutch (Bud Spencer), Drake (Kevin McCarthy) and Thomas (Brock Peters). Quite a Star cast..eh ?

Now Cacopoulos is on his way squander the loot money and Cat and Hutch are on his trail. When they find him they have no other way to join him on his quest (Why? watch yourself!). Cacopoulos wants revenge while Cat and Hutch want their stolen money. Thomas a circus worker also joins them on their mission. And then come gambling and shooting in the picture. Like other good Spaghetti Westerns, this movie gives you a strong dose of revenge and greed. Eli Wallach again does a superb performance after The Good, the Bad and the Ugly.

. Some of the dialogue sounds like it was translated into the English by foreigners, but that's what makes low-budget Spaghetti Westerns so much fun. Enjoy!!
